Operations audit £999 · Managed digital employee £5,000 a month
The header film: small business owners estimate they spend 11 hours a week on admin and finance (American Express SME Business Barometer, UK survey, July 2026). The Twinthos mark draws itself. A digital employee with its own computer, inbox and phone takes that work on in the systems you already use, keeps a digital brain of the company, and works day and night, 24/7. Work handled. Time returned.

Inside your tools

Industries
Where does work get stuck in your business?
Choose your industry. See the bottleneck, the work Twinthos could take on and what your team gets back.
Keep delivery moving between client conversations.
Where it gets stuck
The brief is incomplete. Feedback is scattered. Someone has to turn every conversation into the next task.
What Twinthos could take on
Organise incoming requests, retrieve project context, ask for missing details and prepare tasks and status updates.
What your team gets back
Less coordination around delivery. More attention on the work clients buy.
Scope, price and approval decisions stay with your team.
For agencies with clients of their own
For suitable agencies we can also discuss a managed agent service they offer to their own clients. That is a separate conversation, scoped and priced on its own. It is not part of the standard service and carries no promise of extra revenue.
Turn enquiries into an organised next step.
Where it gets stuck
Viewing requests, availability and property details sit in different places. Staff have to keep the conversation moving.
What Twinthos could take on
Collect enquiry details, retrieve approved property information, coordinate available viewing slots and update the record.
What your team gets back
Fewer conversations left waiting. Less back-and-forth for the team.
Applicant selection, referencing and tenancy decisions stay with your team.
Keep the process moving between interviews.
Where it gets stuck
Availability, reminders and candidate updates require repeated coordination between several people.
What Twinthos could take on
Collect availability, coordinate approved interview slots, prepare candidate updates and record scheduling activity.
What your team gets back
Less diary coordination. More time for recruiter conversations.
Shortlisting, ranking and hiring decisions stay with your people.
Answer the order question without the internal chase.
Where it gets stuck
A customer needs stock or delivery information. Sales has to find the answer across records and other teams.
What Twinthos could take on
Retrieve authorised stock and order information, gather missing order details and prepare a response grounded in the current records.
What your team gets back
Less internal searching before a customer can get an answer.
Delivery dates are only given once they are confirmed in the order record.
Keep order updates from becoming a daily chase.
Where it gets stuck
Customer updates depend on production information, supplier responses and order records that do not arrive together.
What Twinthos could take on
Collect approved status information, follow up on missing updates, maintain the order record and prepare an exception summary.
What your team gets back
Clearer coordination around orders. Less time assembling the same update.
It does not control machinery or change production schedules.
Keep agreed actions moving after the meeting.
Where it gets stuck
Decisions are recorded, but someone still has to organise the actions, find the documents and follow up.
What Twinthos could take on
Use authorised meeting notes to prepare an action list, draft follow-up messages, organise relevant files and update the project record.
What your team gets back
Less administration between the conversation and the work.
Your consultants review every message before it goes to a client.
Move intake forward with the information in place.
Where it gets stuck
Initial enquiries arrive without the details and documents needed for the next conversation.
What Twinthos could take on
Collect agreed intake information, request missing documents, organise the matter file and prepare a summary for the legal team.
What your team gets back
Less intake chasing before the team can assess the matter.
It gives no legal advice and makes no conflict-check decision. Your team reviews every intake.
Bring the renewal information together.
Where it gets stuck
Renewal details and supporting documents need repeated collection before a broker can act.
What Twinthos could take on
Request agreed renewal information, organise documents, update the customer record and flag missing items for the broker.
What your team gets back
Less document chasing around the broker's work.
No policy recommendations, underwriting or claims decisions.

Scope, support and limits
One workflow
The monthly fee covers one agreed workflow. More workflows, new connections or extra reporting are priced and agreed in writing first.
Examples, not promises
The industry examples and wider responsibilities on this site show what can be scoped and tested. The proposal defines what is actually delivered.
Changes
Changes inside the agreed scope are included. Bigger changes are quoted before any work starts.
Hours
The digital employee’s operating hours are agreed in your proposal. Human support is during working hours. There is no 24-hour cover or emergency response.
Decisions
Anything outside the agreed rules goes to your team. The digital employee does not make those calls.
Results
We do not promise sales or savings. The proposal says what work is done and how it will be judged.
Payment
There is no online checkout. You only pay once the scope has been confirmed with you.
It is software, not a person. We call it a digital employee because it is given a role, works through its own computer, phone and email, and carries out agreed responsibilities. You decide what it may do. Anything outside the agreed rules goes to your team.
Will it replace my team?
It takes on defined, repeatable work so your people can spend more of the day on the work only they can do. We do not promise savings or headcount changes.
What if it gets something wrong?
Work is tested before launch and monitored while it runs. Your team reviews and approves what needs approval, and we fix and refine the procedure when something is off.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT gives you answers in a chat window. Twinthos gives you a digital employee that does the work: its own computer, inbox and phone, working inside your tools, following your procedures and reporting what it did. We set it up, monitor it and improve it for you.
Which tools can it work with?
The systems and permissions assigned to its role. We confirm what connects, and test it, before anything is promised. A tool being technically connectable does not mean it is connected for you.
