What we collect
When you contact us
When you book a discovery call or an audit, we collect what you provide: name, email, company and the details of the work you describe. We use it to respond and, if you proceed, to set up the service. The booking form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service.
To run a workflow
A workflow accesses the information it needs to do the agreed work, such as emails, calendar entries or customer records. We document exactly what each workflow accesses before it is activated.
Technical records
Activity logs for the workflows we run: what the agent did, when, and what it paused for. They exist so you can see what happened and we can maintain the service. Retention periods are documented per client.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from this website, so no outside font service receives your IP address.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Workflow records are kept for the period documented for your setup. We don’t hold data longer than the service requires.
Your rights
- Access: ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correction: tell us if something is wrong and we’ll correct it.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.
- Objection: tell us to stop contacting you and we will.
Email twinthos@agentmail.to for any request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
