About

People should not have to work like software.

Every business makes hundreds of small promises. Reply to the enquiry. Confirm the booking. Update the record. Send the reminder. Each one is small. Together they fill the day.

Why Twinthos exists

Twinthos takes on that repeating work so people can get back to building, serving and deciding. We do it with a digital employee: AI that does one defined job in your tools, inside written rules, run by an accountable person at Twinthos.

The problem is not your people, and it is not your software. It is the gap between what the business needs doing and what anyone has time for.

What we are, and what we are not

One accountable operator

The person who designs your workflow is the person who runs it and deals with problems.

A digital employee, not a chatbot

It has a job, access to your tools, written rules and a manager. A chatbot waits for someone to ask it something.

Not a software tool

We do not hand you a tool to manage yourself. We take on the work. There is no new dashboard for your team to check.

Not a report-and-leave consultancy

We build the workflow, run it and stay responsible for it. The audit is the only part that ends with a report.

Not left to its own devices

Everything runs inside written rules. The workflow stops and asks a person at the agreed line.

Meet the architect

Tyson, Human Architect and founder of Twinthos. Age 39.

Tyson designs and builds the systems behind Twinthos: the workflow, the rules, the tools and the handover. Every digital employee starts as a plan he has written, tested and is accountable for running.

  • AI consultation. Finding which recurring work is worth handing over, and which is not.
  • AI architecture. Designing how agents, tools and people hand work to each other inside written rules.
  • Systems engineering. Building and deploying the AI systems themselves, including Twinthos.
  • Workflow automation. Connecting the tools a business already uses so routine work runs without a person chasing it.

Earlier work: built an online school with over 2,000 students, built recurring-revenue systems and digital products, and grew organic social content to around 20 million views a month. Author of the book Alkaline Awakening and six ebooks.
