Twinthos Workforce

Your digital employee, always working.

Twinthos Workforce is the execution layer: cloud-based digital employees equipped with approved tools, computers, inboxes, workflows and schedules, running around the clock within defined permissions. A digital employee connects to the email, calendar, documents, CRM and accounting tools the business already uses.

Intelligence that persists. Work that continues.

Managed service. Scopes, prices and limits are confirmed in your proposal.

The operating cycle

Not a chatbot that runs for a long time.

An always-on digital employee is a system that can receive work, wake up, continue a task, wait for something to happen, recover after failure, and report what it did. Here is that cycle, from the moment work arrives.

01

Receives the work

A message, email, form or schedule starts the job. The employee sees what arrived, checks it against its agreed responsibilities, and picks it up.

02

Wakes and continues

It picks the task up where it stopped, even days later. Nothing has to be remembered by whoever was last holding it.

03

Works the systems

It uses the same CRM, inbox, booking tools and documents your team uses. No new software for your people to learn.

04

Waits for events

A reply, an approval, a payment. The employee holds the task open until the event arrives, then carries on.

05

Recovers from failure

It retries, escalates, and never loses the thread. If a step cannot be completed, the task goes to a person with everything attached.

06

Reports what it did

Every action logged, every decision traceable. You can read back what happened, when it happened and why.

The control layer

Autonomy is given, not assumed.

Every digital employee works inside limits the business sets and can see. Trust here is not a promise; it is five controls that are configured before the employee starts and reviewed with you afterwards.

  • IdentityEach employee is its own named identity with its own permissions, so you always know which employee did what.
  • Human approvalsDecisions outside agreed rules come back to a person, with the work prepared and the sources attached.
  • Audit logsEvery action recorded and reviewable, including what was read, what was sent and who approved it.
  • Spending limitsHard caps the business sets. Refunds, discounts and purchases above the cap stop and wait for approval.
  • PermissionsApproved tools only. If a tool is not on the list, the employee cannot open it.

A day in the life

Three ordinary days.

No jargon, no invented scenarios. Three pieces of work that arrive in most businesses every week, described the way they actually happen.

  • An enquiry handledA customer emails asking about availability, price and parking. The employee checks the booking calendar and the price list, answers from the company's own knowledge with sources attached, records the enquiry in the CRM and confirms back the same day.
  • A refund preparedA refund request arrives above the agreed limit. The employee gathers the order, the payment record and the correspondence, prepares the refund and sends it to your team. Nothing is paid out until a person agrees.
  • An invoice chasedAn invoice passes its due date. The employee checks that payment has not arrived, sends the reminder in your tone at your interval, escalates to a person when no reply comes, and logs every step. Nobody had to remember it.

The Brain connection

The knowledge and the worker are not the same thing.

Every digital employee is powered by a Brain — the organised company intelligence described on the Twinthos Brain · Your company, understood page. The knowledge, the employee and the computer are not inseparably bound, and that separation is the point.

  • The Brain knowsYour procedures, prices, history and decisions, organised and kept current, with sources.
  • The Workforce doesThe employee draws on that knowledge to carry out agreed work inside the systems you already use.
  • Separately replaceableThe knowledge survives a model change, a computer failure, or replacing one digital employee with another.

The human angle

Work disappears; what remains is decision, judgement, leadership, human control.

Digital employees are changing the world by taking the repetitive work: the chasing, the copying, the remembering, the waiting for someone to push things along. What is left for people is the part only people can do — deciding, judging, building relationships, leading.

  • What leaves your teamThe repeated work that only moves when somebody remembers to move it.
  • What stays with your teamDecisions, judgement, relationships and leadership. Your people stop being the middleware between systems.
  • What nobody losesControl. Every limit is set by you, every action is logged, and every decision above the line is made by a person.
